Job Description / Responsibilities

1. Assist in developing creative design concepts tailored for educational environments (classrooms, labs, libraries, admin areas, hostels, etc.).
2. Prepare basic and functional layout plans, furniture arrangements, color schemes, finishes, material palettes, BOQs, and material boards using software like AutoCAD ,Sketchup.
3. Support in creating 3D visualizations, walkthroughs, presentation boards, and client-facing design proposals.
4. Ensure all designs adhere to ergonomic standards, child and educational safety norms, and age-appropriate aesthetics and functionality.
Collaboration & Coordination
5. Collaborate with Senior Architects, Interior Designers MEP teams, vendors, and educators to develop 6. integrated design solutions and ensure coordination.
6. Attend project briefings and client meetings to understand scope and intent.
7. Assist in coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for finishes, furnishings, material 
8. samples, timely procurement, client approvals, and documentation.
9 .Revise and adapt designs based on feedback from clients and senior team members.
10. Support site teams during design implementation and resolve on-site discrepancies.


Qualification

Degree in Architecture or Equivalent


Job Duties / Responsibilities

1. Conduct site visits for measurements, design and material verification, and supervision of execution works and design implementation.
2. Monitor site work to ensure fidelity to the design, quality standards, and material use.
3. Document and report on-site progress, deviations, and issues that require resolution.
4. Willingness to travel to client or project sites across India as required.


Desired profile of the candidate

1. Prepare and maintain organized records of technical drawings, material specifications, design references, and vendor quotes.
2. Create and update BOQs, design schedules, client presentations, and project folders.
3. Assist in developing standard templates and maintaining design libraries.
4. Support administrative tasks such as meeting notes, sample coordination, and invoice tracking.
5. Ability to create detailed working drawings, renderings, and technical documentation.
6. Understanding of spatial planning, finishes, lighting layouts, and furniture ergonomics.
Creative Skills:
7. Aesthetic sensibility and an eye for detail in colour coordination, materials, and theme design.
8. Capability to visualize spaces and translate concepts into engaging physical environments.

Project Manager, an overall project in-charge and Single Point of Contact to all the stakeholders.

Job Duties / Responsibilities

1. Collaborating with various stakeholders of the project and maintaining clear communication
2. Shall report to the Partner & Client and seek advice on all operational matters.
3. Understanding and correlate the GFC drawings with the BOQ
4. Having real time knowledge of the project at the micro level and the time lines
5. Having daily meetings with internal team to discuss issues and guide the team to take appropriate action for closure
6. Coordinating with Client, Consultant, Architects, Vendors and PPM team on drawings, progress, quality, safety and costing
7 .Conducting weekly progress review meeting - To check the progress as per the schedule and quality of work at site
8. Ensuring all the documents such as WO & Contract document copies / BBS / Measurements / Checklists/NCRs/Drawings, etc are maintained at site by respective team members and the vendors for ready reference.
9. Ownership for preparing the meeting Agenda and verifying MOM before circulation.
10. Reviewing of construction sequence for the entire project - Civil, PEB and MEP
11. Possess the best Interpersonal relation with all the team members,
Review of DPR, WPR and MPR
12. Ensure that all the EHS / safety regulations are being followed at site
13. Project Handover as per set process and collection of payments
