International Delhi Public School
International Delhi Public School is a path-breaking project in many ways. The project has brought to life the first CBSE international school that is equipped with world-class facilities for 21st-century education. The school is the first institution in Proddatur that provides facilities for sports and co-curricular activities so comprehensively.
Planning and designing the Infrastructure for IDPS, Proddatur was a unique experience for School Serv Designs. The building earmarked for the school was existent and it was the part of the Chaitanya Bharti Institute of Technology’s Infrastructure. The master plan had to be revised and interiors had to be planned intensively to ensure optimal utilization of the existing infrastructure.
The planning and designing had to be done at a record speed as the school was scheduled to begin in the academic year 2020-21. Despite the speed, compromises with the establishment of an exclusive educational ecosystem were not made.
Technology-enabled smart classrooms with an optimally stocked library, multi-media center, and math, science and computer labs are the integral elements of the school’s infrastructural design.
All the activity zones and vast playgrounds are integral to the structural composition and give the institution its look and feel. The campus houses children’s play area, basketball and volleyball courts besides football and cricket fields, skating rink, and race tracks.
CBSE guidelines have been assiduously followed in the planning and execution of the IDPS campus.
